First Course

Enjoy a choice of starter and complimentary champagne toast to begin your evening.

• Caprese Skewers: cherry tomato, basil leaves, mozzarella balls topped balsamic

Second Course

Enjoy one of our delicious salads each featuring one of The Melting Pot's signature dressings.

• Strawberry Almond Salad: mixed greens, strawberries, feta cheese crumbles, honey-roasted almonds with a raspberry walnut vinaigrette 
• Bleu Years Eve: spinach, tomatoes, egg, bacon, red onion, bleu cheese crumbles with a gorgonzola buttermilk bleu cheese dressing

Third Course

Please choose one cheese fondue. Each cheese fondue comes with artisan breads and seasonal vegetables for dipping.

• Champagne Wishes & Truffle Caviar Dreams: Gruyere, raclette, fontina, roasted garlic, sparkling wine, asparagus, truffle oil, freshly-shaved truffle pecorino, chives, truffle "caviar" pearls
• Green Goddess Cheddar: Cheddar, Emmenthaler, Sam Adams Boston Lager, garlic, housemade green goddess and black pepper

Fourth Course

All entrees include seasonal vegetables and signature dipping sauces. Vegan and Vegetarian options available upon request

• New Year’s Entrée: center cut filet, teriyaki steak, herb-crusted chicken, shrimp and salmon - $88 per person
• Ultimate New Year's Entrée: center cut filet, teriyaki steak, herb-crusted chicken, shrimp, salmon and lobster - $106 per person

• Seasoned Court Bouillon: Seasoned vegetable broth

Fifth Course

Please choose one chocolate fondue.

• NYE Chocolate Explosion: Milk chocolate Grand Marnier Fondue with a confetti Bundt cake dusted in gold and topped with cotton candy and a sparkler 
• Bananas Foster White Chocolate: White chocolate with bananas and dulce de leche then flambeed with cinnamon

Menu is priced per person and includes all five-courses.

Menu is subject to change. Tax, 4% surcharge and 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill. A 4% surcharge will be added to all guest checks to help offset costs associated with Washington's minimum wage ordinance and benefits for our dedicated team members. The entire surcharge will be retained by the restaurant and no portion will be distributed as a tip or gratuity to the restaurant's staff.
