LARGE PARTY CREDIT CARD POLICY
A Credit card will be required at the time of booking to be kept on file, the card on file will NOT be charged UNLESS you fail to cancel, fail to adjust final headcount 48 hours prior to reservation, are excessively late (15 minute grace period) or fail to show up for your party. The card on file is also subject to charges related to excessive cleaning or damages caused by your party.
PRE-ORDERING
Due to the unique nature of fondue dining, groups of 12 or more are required to pre-order menu items ahead of time to ensure the best experience possible for you and your guests. Guests who choose not to pre-order can expect extended delays throughout meal service, and cannot be guaranteed to enjoy the Melting Pot fondue experience as intended.
TEEN & CHILDRENS PARTIES
Guests under the age of 15 require an adult to be present in the restaurant throughout the party. The Melting Pot is a sit down restaurant, disturbances to other guests will not be tolerated. The card on file is subject to charges related to excessive cleaning or damages caused by your party.
