STARTER

Enjoy our starter to begin your evening.

• Shrimp Cocktail: Poached Shrimp served cold with a lemon wedge accompanied by our Signature Cocktail Sauce 

CHEESE FONDUE

Please choose one cheese fondue. Each cheese fondue comes with artisan breads and seasonal vegetables for dipping.

• Bavarian Short Rib:  Aged Cheddar, Short Rib, Parmesan Cheese, Beer, Garlic, Shallots, Bavarian Mustard, Paprika   
• Monterey Alpine:  Gruyere, Raclette, Fontina, Gorgonzola, White and Rose Wines, Shallots, Spinach, Honey-Roasted Almonds 
• Spinach & Artichoke:  Butterkase, Fontina and Parmesan, Spinach, Artichoke Hearts, White Wine, Garlic, Tabasco Sauce

SALAD

Enjoy one of our delicious salads, each featuring one of The Melting Pot's signature dressings.

• Bacon Caesar:  Crisp Romaine, Bacon, Parmesan Cheese, Croutons and Parmesan-Dusted Pine Nuts, tossed in Caesar Dressing
• Cherry Blossom:  Mixed Greens, Sun-Dried Cherries, Candied Pecans, Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette

All entrees include seasonal vegetables and signature dipping sauces.  Choose one of listed entrees.

Our entrees can be prepared with any of the premium cooking styles listed below.

• Seasoned Court Bouillon: Seasoned Vegetable Broth
• Coq au Vin: Burgundy Wine, Mushrooms, Scallions, Garlic
• Mojo: Caribbean-Inspired, Garlic, Cilantro, Citrus
• Bourguignonne: Canola Oil, Panko, Sesame Tempura Batter

CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Please choose one chocolate fondue. Enjoy fresh strawberries, blondies, bananas, pineapple, marshmallow treats, pound cake and brownie for dipping with your choice of the following chocolate fondues.

• White Cherry Pie:  Creamy mascarpone melted into the buttery flavor of white chocolate, topped with sweet cherries. 
• Cookies 'n Cream Marshmallow Dream:  Decadent flavor of dark chocolate is swirled with marshmallow creme, flambeed, and topped with Oreo cookie crumbles.
• Choccochino:  Rich espresso is swirled with the smooth, creamy flavor of milk chocolate.

Sweet Additions: Cream Puffs, Macarons, Cheesecake. $4 Each | $11 For All Three

All New Year's Eve reservation will require a credit card to hold the reservation. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all cancellations or you will be charged a $25 per person fee.  No coupons, promotional offers, or Dip Certificates will be accepted on New Year's Eve.  As a courtesy to other reservations, please make sure to arrive on time, last reservations will only be held for 15 minutes.
